He treats his customers like family and strives for perfection in all aspects of life!

Erica has 20 years of experience working with concrete customers. She leads the team in administrative and marketing services. With a bit of background in design as well, not only is she able to talk you through the bottom line, she's happy to lend you her 'eye' as well! Erica takes pride in being a great mother and wife and ensures E&J Concrete's customers get the best product each job!
